Udon Noodle Soup

This is great comfort food for the cold winter months. It actually takes less than 10 minutes to make and you can change the flavor easily by getting a different flavored soup sachet.

  • 3 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Soup sachet Choose whatever flavor you prefer
  • 2 package Udon noodles
  • 2 Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Mushroom Sliced
  • Spring onion Chopped


  1. Start frying eggs on low fire, remember to add 1 teaspoon of salt to the eggs.
  2. Add some boiling water into a pot, put in the udon noodles, sliced mushrooms and soup sachets.
  3. When the noodle soup is boiling, add spinach and chopped spring onions. Stir everything well together.
  4. Take the fried eggs out, cut it into slices. Serve noodle soup with the egg slices on top.
