Meatball Soup

Melt in your mouth meatballs simmered with various other ingredients. Perfect food for the cold months.

  • 1 package Meatball
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • Spring onon
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 handful Mushroom
  • 4 Tomato
  • 2 handful Spinach
  • 2 Tea spoons Salt
  • 2 Table spoons Oil


  1. Fry all the meatballs till they are all nearly cooked, take meatballs out of the pot
  2. Add in chopped tomato and 1 teaspoon of salt, cook until tomato juice all come out. Put the meatballs back into the pot. Sprinkle some spring onions and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Add in sliced mushrooms, cubed tofu and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix all the ingredients and then add some water. The amount of water to add depends on how much soup you want to have. Put the lid on the pot once you add in the water, let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Put 2 handfuls of spinach into the soup, add eggs into the soup, stir well and the food is ready to be served.
