  • 24 Dumplings Can be purchased in any Asian super market (in the frozen area)
  • 1 1/2 Table Spoon olive oil
  • 4 Table Spoon Light soy sauce Can be purchased in any Asian super market
  • Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tea Spoon garlic Chopped
  • 1 Tea Spoon Chillies My favorite Chinese chillies sauce is Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp Sauce

  1. Prepare sauce for the fried dumplings. This is completely optional, fried dumplings taste amazing by themselves. However, I personally like to add some spicy and fresh flavor to them. The sauce I am using today is light soy sauce mixed with chopped garlic and some chilies.
  2. Add some boiling water into a pan, put all the frozen dumplings inside. Stir regularly to make sure dumplings would not stick to each other. Once the water is boiling again, take all the dumplings out of the pan.
  3. Take another pan (ideally non-stickable), add some oil to the pan and heat it on low heat for around 1 minute. Add all the dumplings into the pan, with cooking tweezers, turn all the dumplings into the upright position. Put the lid onto the pan, fry 3 to 5 minutes until the bottom of the dumpling turns golden.
  4. Take all the dumplings out of the pan, top it with the sauce prepared in step 1, add some chopped parsley for extra freshness and crunchiness. Ready to be served.
