Bread And Butter Pudding

This is no joke the easiest pudding recipe ever! You won't even get your hands dirty! No mixing water with flour, no hand mixer needed. Everything is built up on the bread and butter base.

  • ead and butter pudding ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 pieces White sandwich bread no crust
  • butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sweetener
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 3 handful Sultanas
  • Almond Flakes


  1. Spray some oil in the baking container. Alternatively, you can brush some melted butter.
  2. Cut the crusts off the sandwich bread. Butter the bread thoroughly and put it into the baking container. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sweetener and some cinnamon powder. Throw in a handful of sultanas. Repeat this step 2 more times.
  3. Mix one egg with 180ml milk. Whisk until you can no longer see the egg. Pour the mixture into the container. Throw in a handful of sultanas and a handful of almond flakes. Pre-heat the air fryer at 160 °C/320°F.
  4. Put the container into the air fryer basket, bake at 160 °C/320°F for 20~25 minutes.
