Welcome to my 7th episode of 15mins Home Food! Today we are making one-pan stir fry noodles. Super yummy and easy to make, great comfort food.


Ingredients

Onion, carrot, spring onion, mushroom, pork mince, egg noodle, lettuce, salt, oil, mixed herb, ginger, garlic, soy sauce

StepsStir Fry Noodles

  1. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil, lightly fry garlic and ginger
  2. Add in 250g of pork mince, cook until 70% done and put 1 teaspoon of salt
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients one by one, sliced onions, mushrooms, shredded carrot, sliced lettuce. Feel free to change these ingredients to whatever you want to stir fry, just make sure ingredients that take longer to be cooked are added at the beginning.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Mix 410g egg noodles in with the cooked vegetables, add some spring onions for crunchiness. Keep stirring for around 3 mins and the food is ready to be served.

Stir Fry Noodles

Super tasty and healthy, one-pan stir fry noodles. It is great comfort food and it takes less than 15mins to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Oliver oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark soy sauce Can be purchased at any Asian market
  • 410 Grams Egg noodle
  • 250 Gram Pork Mince
  • 1/2 Gem lettuce Sliced
  • 1/2 Carrot Shredded
  • Mushroom Sliced
  • Onion Sliced
  • Spring onion Sliced
  • garlic Crushed
  • Ginger Sliced
  • Mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil, lightly fry garlic and ginger
  2. Add in 250g of pork mince, cook until 70% done and put 1 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Notes

Feel free to change stir fry ingredients to whatever you like. Ingredients that take longer to be cooked should be added at the beginning. For example, if you use onions and lettuce, onions will be added to the pan to be fried first.
