Bread and butter pudding is no joke the easiest pudding to make! You won’t even get your hands dirty! No mixing water with flour, no hand mixer needed. Everything is built upon the bread and butter base.
I baked this using an air fryer, but you can certainly do this in an oven. I am just baking a small pudding for two people, I do not want to heat up the whole oven for this 😋. If you are using an oven, make sure you use the ‘air circulation’ setting. You can use the same temperature setting displayed in this recipe for the oven. Please note oven might need a bit longer time, perhaps 5 minutes or more. Once you finished baking, just run a clean knife through the pudding, if the knife comes out clean, that means the pudding is ready!
For your convenience, a video version of this whole post is linked below. If you want to make this yourself, feel free to print out the printable recipe, which is at the end of the post.

A few things that help
Different air fryer might have a slightly different performance. I found one that is similar to the one I have and has the best rating on Amazon. Here is what I found Philips HD9220/20 Healthier Oil Free Airfryer (For UK), BLACK+DECKER HF110SBD 2-Liter Oil Free Air Fryer (For US).
Here is a video version of what I just wrote above 🙂 Watch it if you have unlimited internet or wifi. Printer-able recipe is at the bottom of the post.
