Altimate breakfast bagel - Bacon, egg and avocado. Yummy and easy to make

Unlike the traditional breakfast roll, where you stack fried egg on top of the fried bacon and eat it like a bagel hamburger. I did a twist to it by  adding the egg in the bagel hole. It instantly looks more sophisticated. You still get the rich traditional bacon breakfast roll flavor, just with a twist to it.

A few things that help

I would recommend using the bagel with seeds. They give a great complimentary nutty flavor to the mix.

If you like the egg york to be runny, instead of cooking the egg with the bagel in the oven, you can place the bagel in a very hot pan, then put the egg into the bagel hole as quickly as possible. Put the pan lid on for a few minutes to allow the egg white to be cooked.

Bacon Egg And Avocado Breakfast Bagel

Bacon egg and avocado breakfast bagel is the model twist of the classic full English breakfast. Very rich flavor with every single bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack bacon
  • 4 Bagel I recommend to use the ones with seeds
  • 4 Egg
  • 3 Avocado Mashed
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Oliver oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry all the bacon until they turn golden and crispy
  2. Mash 3 avocados, add in a pinch of salt, around 1 table spoon of virgin olive oil and some lemon juice. Mix everything well together.
  3. Cut the bagel in half, place the top half bagel in a hot pan. Crack an egg and place the egg in the bagel hole. Place the pan into the oven to bake under 160°C/320°F for a minutes. Bake until the egg white become solid.
  4. Spread the avocado mix onto the bottom half bagel and place 2 pieces of fried bacon on top. Put the baked top half bagel on the top. Sprinkle some pepper (optional). Ready to serve.
